2. Preoperative Evaluation
Examination of laboratory studies, internal medical evaluation and implant testing are carried out as appropriate.
3. Patient preparation
Abdominal and bust marking is carried out to delimit the area to be worked on.
4. Anesthesia
We use general anesthesia to ensure patient comfort and safety during the procedure.
5. Surgical procedure
Liposuction is performed in the determined areas and lipotransfer to the buttock and/or hip. Motiva brand breast implants are placed and an appropriate closure is performed for the approach. Abdominoplasty is performed, including closure of the rectus abdominis.
6. Closure of incisions
When closing the incision, we use a special technique with greater tension to obtain a better result.
7. Recovery
After the surgical procedure, the patient is transferred to the recovery area. After approximately 2 hours, he is transferred to his room, where it is recommended that he be hospitalized for one to two nights for further monitoring.
8. Postoperative follow-up
